For the last three weeks, we have been pondering what it might mean for us to embody 100% when it comes to loving God “with all our heart, with all our soul, with all our mind, and with all our strength” while loving our neighbor as we love ourselves. Our lessons have focused on a widow who offered her all and gained everything and a rich man who kept it all but walked away empty. Our series concludes this week with words from the Sermon on the Mount and an invitation to trust in God who has the power to fill the hungriest of hearts, or worship the god of greed and never be satisfied.
