What makes news “good” to you? What good news are you most longing to hear? Who needs to tell of such news for you to believe it is true? When is news too good to be true? Join us this Advent season as we hear the good news proclaimed by prophets, preachers, and angels before pondering how we might receive and respond to their much-needed promises for deliverance, peace, and transformation.
What does a prophet, let alone a Messiah, look and sound like? What kind of message do we expect prophets to proclaim? Who are the prophets we trust today? What is it about them that makes them trustworthy? What message do we hear them convey? Join us this morning as we hear messages from prophets and false prophets who beckon us to keep a sharp look out for deliverance that is on the way.
