All Things Sacred || Experiencing God in Creation

Sunday, March 6, 2022 || 11:00am

Rev. Dr. Donna Claycomb Sokol || Pastor

Psalm 104:24-34 & John 1:1-5

To speak of something as sacred is to offer it ultimate respect or honor. What difference would it make if we approached all things as sacred—our lives and bodies, what we do with them, even the laughter and creativity that pours forth from them? What if we always approached the earth, land, and sea and all that comes from them as worthy of our respect? How might we honor every matter under the sun? What if many ecological, political, and societal crisis could be touched, healed, or even transformed with more people simply seeking to see all things as sacred? Join us this Lenten season as we seek to awaken to the sacredness that is at the heart of all things.

Our series starts this morning as we seek to find and experience God through the gift of creation.
