Transformed || Image Bearers
Many gyms offer a transformation challenge at the start of the year, beckoning members to follow a particular plan for eight weeks in hopes of being stronger or leaner by spring. Many of the challenges require significant changes and steadfast discipline if a person is to see real results, let alone “win” the challenge.
What if transformation can also happen through small, steady changes in how we think and behave, work and rest, live and love as suggested by The Guardian when it produced a list of “45 Tiny Changes to Transform Your Life” earlier this month?
Join us this Sunday as we give thanks for the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and begin our exploration of these tiny changes, starting with the first one: Believing that everyone is interesting and attractive.
