Perhaps we can all think of a time when it felt like we were lost, invisible, unnoticed. Prayerfully, we can also recall times when someone saw us, called us by name, and welcomed us just as we are. The church, at its best, is such a place--a community composed of people who are ready to welcome whoever is in our midst--especially those eager to be found.
